We specialise in one thing: building and running websites for owner-run UK businesses. The narrowness is deliberate. One person can do consistently good work on one kind of problem; nobody can do consistently good work on ten. Every process on this site, from the 30-minute brief to the two-working-day edit window, exists because it fits that one kind of client.

That makes us the wrong choice for some buyers, and it is better to say so here than on a sales call. We are not for enterprises: no procurement portals, no multi-team sign-off, no legal review of an SLA. We are not for e-commerce marketplaces: we do not build checkouts or product catalogues, and Shopify does both better than we ever will. And we are not for businesses that want the cheapest possible template: if a site-builder page is genuinely all you need, we will tell you so on the brief call, and you should go and use one.

We say "we" because Verithora is run as a firm, but one person does the work: the brief, the build, the writing, the review, the ship. The plural is a brand voice, not a headcount claim. We are not a US offshore agency in a trench coat. We are a small UK operation that prefers to show its working over hide behind it.

There is no fake Companies House number on this site. There is no VAT to pay because we are below the threshold. The trading entity is a UK sole trader. We work from East Dulwich in south London rather than a rented office, so we publish the district and not a street address, and the contact route is real and answered by the person who does the work.

A build week runs like this: a 30-minute brief call on day one, a draft to review by day two or three, one or two rounds of revisions, and the site live on your domain by the end of the week. The person on the brief call is the person who builds the site, writes the copy and answers the email afterwards.

After launch the routine is unglamorous on purpose. You email what needs to change and it changes inside two working days. Each month we do the local-SEO housekeeping: titles, structured data, internal links, and the Google Business Profile kept current. We are based in East Dulwich, London SE22, with no rented office or studio. We work with clients across the UK; you do not need to be near us. Most engagements run on email and a single brief call, wherever the business is.

In practice that means the founder takes every brief call, writes every line of copy, builds every page, makes every monthly edit and answers every email. Nothing is handed to a junior, a contractor or an offshore studio, because there are none.
