Accessibility statement

LAST UPDATED 2026-06-03 · WCAG 2.1 AA TARGET · HONEST

We want everyone to be able to read and use this site, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology you rely on. This statement is an honest account of where we are — not a box-ticking claim of perfection.

What we aim for

We build Verithora.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That is the standard UK organisations are generally expected to work to, and it is the same standard we hold the websites we build for clients to.

What we have done

What we know is not perfect yet

Automated tools catch a lot, but not everything. We have not yet completed a full independent audit by a third-party accessibility specialist, and we have not formally tested with every screen-reader-and-browser combination. [ETHAN: if a formal audit or a specific screen-reader test has been done, name it and the date here; otherwise leave this paragraph as the honest current state.]

If you find a page or feature that does not work for you, that is a bug to us, and we want to know about it.

Tell us about a problem

Email [email protected] with the page address and a short note on what went wrong and what you were using (for example, "the contact form on /contact does not announce the error with VoiceOver on Safari"). We aim to reply within two working days and to fix genuine accessibility faults as a priority.

If you need information from this site in a different format — larger text, plain text, or read aloud over a call — just ask, and we will arrange it.

How this statement is kept current

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the site, and at least once a year. The date at the top reflects the most recent review.

Plain-English statement, written by a person, reviewed by Verithora before publishing.
